IMPORTANT: Reservations are accepted on the understanding that the passenger is aware of and accepts the potential risks involved in this type of trip. The passenger acknowledges that he/she is mentally and physically capable of participating in the required activities, that participation is voluntary and that, although the Company has taken all necessary steps to provide adequate equipment and trained guides, adventure activities inherently involve risks. These risks are an integral part of the activity and cannot be eliminated without altering its unique character.
Such risks may result in loss or damage to equipment, accidental injury, illness or, in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. It is not the Company's intention to frighten or dampen the enthusiasm of the passenger, but it is important that the passenger is fully aware of the risks in advance. The passenger acknowledges that this list is not exhaustive and that other unforeseen or unpredictable risks may arise.
